Parental Leave
The UTAS Parental Leave Policy has been amended to provide for 26 weeks paid parental leave to adoptive parents, regardless of the age of the child at the time of allocation. Previously adoptive parents were only eligible for paid parental leave if the child, at the time of allocation, was less than 12 months of age.
